It is all about Driving a Purpose. Nine years ago, Rebecca Anderson started her professional career in the non-profit sector serving the greater Springfield, MO area. In 2015, she joined TransLand and is now the Director of Recruiting, Marketing and Communications. Through those seven years, two new community trucks benefiting area non-profits have been launched into TransLand’s fleet, the company was named a Best Fleet to Drive For by the Truckload Carriers Association and CarriersEdge in both 2022 and 2023, and every day her team assists professional drivers to not only find, but to achieve their dream careers.

It is just so easy to be unhealthy while being an OTR driver. According to the Department of Transportation, the prevalence of obesity is twice as high in professional drivers than those who do not drive for a living. (69% vs. 31%) That just means, as a professional driver, you will have to keep a healthy lifestyle top of mind.
